Job Requirements

- ability to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures

Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- knowledge of alcohol awareness procedures
- capability to follow portion and safety guidelines
- strong attention to detail and guest service orientation
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and assess guest behavior
- follow portion guidelines while maximizing guest experience
- ensure guest satisfaction by timely responses and pre-bussing
- work quickly and efficiently with full hands in, full hands out philosophy
