Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- ability to work in hot and cold environments
- capable of reading and writing handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to walk or stand 100% of the shift
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
- knowledge of alcohol safety protocols is a plus
- ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for long periods
Job Duties
- deliver food and drinks to guests
- keep bar areas clean and stocked
- maintain garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- monitor and maintain bottle and keg beer pars
- assist bartenders and other team members as needed
- follow alcohol awareness and portion control procedures
- perform opening and closing bar duties
