Job Requirements
- ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced, and distracting conditions
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to stand or walk 100% of the shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of alcohol awareness policies is a plus
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and identify intoxicated guests
- ensure cost control by following portion guidelines
- check back with guests after food delivery and maintain nonalcoholic drink levels
- maintain cleanliness of bar areas including trash removal and spot sweeping
- stock bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintain bottle and keg beer pars and requisition sheets
- restock and prepare supplies for shift changes and closing
- perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
- assist in cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas
- assist in bar inventories as requested
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain cooperative working relationships with all team members
