- ability to work days, nights, and weekends
- ability to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- basic understanding of alcohol service and safety
- ability to work in fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keeps immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- creates a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follows alcohol awareness procedures
- ensures portion control
- checks back with guests after food delivery
- works efficiently adhering to full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- delivers food to tables
- adheres to safety and sanitation policies
- stocks bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintains bottle and keg beer pars
- ensures bar areas remain clean
- empties trash and spot sweeps
- restocks supplies for shift changes or close
- performs opening and closing responsibilities
- assists in cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas
- assists in party setup and bar inventories
- participates in sales incentives and contests
- assists other team members as needed
- maintains favorable working relationships
