Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- physical ability to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about facility and stand for long periods
- walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in bar or restaurant environment is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of alcohol awareness and safety
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- customer service orientation
- willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep supervisor informed of any problems or significant matters
- create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
- ensure portion guidelines for cost control
- check back with guests after food delivery and respond to needs timely
- work quickly and efficiently using full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- deliver food to tables
- adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- stock bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintain bottle and keg beer pars and requisition sheets
- keep bar areas clean
- empty trash and sweep floors as needed
- restock and prepare supplies for shifts
- perform opening and closing duties including party breakdown
- assist in cleanliness and organization of bar storage
- assist in party setup of bars
- assist in bar inventories
- participate in incentives and contests
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with all team members to promote a positive work environment
- must be at least 18 years of age
