Job Duties
- support servers bartenders dishwashers and associate manager
- pick up glassware and maintain cleanliness of bar patio and restaurant floor
- ensure draught beer quality through keg tapping foam management beer line faucet and coupler cleaning
- repair broken beer faucets and change couplers
- maintain organized inventory of glassware bottled beer draught beer wine silverware napkins plates and cleaning supplies
- set up clean up and ensure code compliance of restaurant floor patio and server stations
- execute all side work duties as assigned by management
- greet and interact with guests warmly and hospitably
