Job Duties

restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools throughout the shift
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including bar mats, sinks, and storage areas
remove trash, clean spills, and ensure bar stations are sanitary and guest-ready
assist with keg changes and deliveries
support bartenders during peak hours with prep and service needs
follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and management
