Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience as a bar back
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures outlined in the Twin Peaks training
- Must successfully attend and complete any required training including food and/or alcohol service certifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Adherence to uniform and grooming standards as specified
- Ability to work in team environment and follow instructions
