Job Requirements
- Be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and a dedication to exceptional player service
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Required certifications in responsible beverage service where applicable
Job Duties
- Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
- Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly
- Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant bar environment
