Job Requirements
- Be approachable and maintain a friendly demeanor during busy periods
- Be available to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- Thrive in lively environment with moderate to high noise levels
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift duration
- Frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and clean surfaces
- Understand and communicate instructions effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must meet the minimum age requirement for handling alcohol as per local laws
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Job Duties
- Provide efficient support to bartenders by restocking bar supplies and preparing garnishes
- Keep bartenders and supervisors informed about low stock, spills, or equipment issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including counters, shelves, and storage spaces
- Assist with inventory counts and report shortages to management
- Collect empty glasses and ensure timely removal throughout service
- Respond to guest requests by relaying information to bartenders and supporting service needs
- Adhere to company policies and local regulations regarding responsible alcohol service
