Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to stand and lift for long periods
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- customer service oriented
- able to work under pressure
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in hospitality preferred
- good communication skills
- ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- strong team player
- basic knowledge of bar operations is a plus
- able to follow instructions accurately
Job Duties
- maintain stock and restock supplies
- assist bartenders during service
- keep the bar area clean and organized
- support bartenders with their needs during shifts
- ensure all bar equipment is functioning properly
- manage waste disposal and recycling
- assist with opening and closing duties
