Job Requirements

- be available to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise levels
- understand and communicate instructions effectively

- stand or walk for entire shift duration
- frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and wipe down surfaces
- meet the minimum age requirement for serving or handling alcohol per local regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service policies
- basic inventory management skills
- physically capable of performing job duties including lifting up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Play a crucial role in delivering top-notch drink service that complements food and games
- keep the bartender and supervisor informed about low stock, spills, or equipment issues
- promptly restock bar supplies, prepare garnishes, and ensure ice bins are full
- maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting bartenders
- assist with guest requests and ensure bar area is clean and organized
- retrieve ingredients, glassware, and necessary items quickly and efficiently
- collect empty glasses and maintain tidiness throughout service
