Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 lb
- Ability to stand and be active on your feet for most of the shift
- Capacity to thrive in a busy and high-volume environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lb
- Availability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- Must meet legal serving age and hold necessary beverage service certifications where required
Job Duties
- Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything needed to keep the energy high and drinks flowing
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
- Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly
- Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
