Job Duties
- Play a crucial role in supporting bartenders by restocking supplies and preparing garnishes
- keep bartenders and supervisors informed about low stock, spills, or equipment issues
- maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area
- assist with guest requests by relaying information to bartenders
- collect empty glasses and ensure the bar area remains tidy
- alert bartenders or managers to guest concerns
- adhere to company policies for responsible alcohol service
- stock and organize bar supplies including liquor, mixers, and glassware
- assist with inventory counts and report shortages
- support other team members to ensure smooth operations
- maintain positive working relationships with coworkers
