Job Duties

  • Play a crucial role in supporting bartenders by restocking supplies and preparing garnishes
  • keep bartenders and supervisors informed about low stock, spills, or equipment issues
  • maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area
  • assist with guest requests by relaying information to bartenders
  • collect empty glasses and ensure the bar area remains tidy
  • alert bartenders or managers to guest concerns
  • adhere to company policies for responsible alcohol service
  • stock and organize bar supplies including liquor, mixers, and glassware
  • assist with inventory counts and report shortages
  • support other team members to ensure smooth operations
  • maintain positive working relationships with coworkers
