Job Requirements

Job Duties
- plays a crucial role in delivering top-notch drink service that complements food and games
- keeps the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about low stock, spills, or equipment issues
- provides efficient support by restocking bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring ice bins are full
- maintains a positive and helpful attitude while assisting bartenders
- assists with guest requests by relaying information and ensuring the bar area is clean and organized
- supports the bartender by retrieving ingredients, glassware, and other items
- ensures empty glasses are collected and the bar area is tidy
- alerts bartender or manager to any guest issues at the bar
- adheres to company policies on responsible alcohol service and safety
- stocks and organizes all bar supplies including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes
- assists with inventory counts of bar stock
- checks and replenishes bar supplies before, during, and after service
- maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- assists other team members to ensure smooth operations
- maintains positive working relationships with team members
