Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
- willingness to work in hot and cold environments such as freezers and near cooking equipment
- ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods
- able to walk or stand 100% of the shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- capacity to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- good communication skills
- ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods
- experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a celebratory environment
- keeps supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and suggests corrective actions
- creates a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follows alcohol awareness procedures and manages intoxicated guests
- follows portion guidelines to ensure cost control
- checks back after food delivery and responds to guest needs promptly
- works efficiently following the full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- delivers food to tables ensuring guests have all necessities
- adheres to safety and sanitation policies
- stocks bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintains bottle and keg beer pars and requisition sheets
- keeps bar areas clean
- empties trash and spot sweeps floors
- restocks and prepares supplies for shifts
- performs opening and closing duties including party breakdown
- assists with cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas
- supports party setup
- assists with bar inventories
- participates in incentives and contests
- assists other team members as needed
- maintains a cooperative and harmonious working climate
