Job Duties
- Play a crucial role in delivering top-notch drink service that complements food and games
- keep the bartender and supervisor informed about low stock, spills, or equipment issues
- restock bar supplies and prepare garnishes
- maintain a positive attitude while assisting bartenders
- assist with guest requests and keep the bar area clean and organized
- retrieve ingredients, glassware, and necessary items quickly
- collect empty glasses and tidy the bar
- alert bartender or manager to guest issues
- adhere to company policies regarding responsible alcohol service
- stock and organize bar supplies
- assist with inventory counts
- replenish bar supplies throughout service
- maintain cleanliness of bar area
- assist other team members to ensure smooth operations
- maintain positive working relationships with team members
- meet minimum age requirements for handling alcohol
