Job Requirements
- Be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to be on feet for most of the shift
- Capable of handling multiple active tasks simultaneously
- Able to maintain endurance in a high-volume working environment
- Strong positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must have or be willing to obtain certifications in responsible beverage service where required
Job Duties
- Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing, helping to create a fun and seamless experience for our players
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, while maintaining a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
- Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly without missing a beat
- Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, contributing to unforgettable player experiences
- Stick to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant

- Maintain effective communication and teamwork to uphold a high level of service quality and player satisfaction
