Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- able to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
- able to work in noisy and fast-paced conditions
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to stand and walk for entire shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of alcohol safety regulations
- ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- team player with a positive attitude
- basic math skills for portion control
- willingness to learn and follow company policies
- age minimum 18 years
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- keep supervisor informed of significant issues and take corrective actions
- create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and monitor guest behavior
- adhere to portion guidelines for cost control
- ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining nonalcoholic drink levels and timely response
- work efficiently with the full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have needed items
- follow company safety and sanitation policies
- stock bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintain beer pars during and after shifts
- keep bar areas clean
- empty trash and spot sweep as needed
- restock and prepare supplies for shift changes
- perform opening and closing duties including party breakdown
- assist in cleanliness and organization of bar storage
- help with party setups and bar inventories
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain positive working relationships with all team members to promote harmony and productivity
