Job Requirements
- be approachable and maintain a friendly demeanor during busy times
- be available to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise levels
- understand and communicate instructions effectively
- be able to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds
- move efficiently around the bar area and stand for extended periods
- be able to walk or stand for the entire duration of the shift
- frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and wipe down surfaces to maintain cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a bar or fast-paced hospitality environment is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- ability to follow safety and responsible alcohol service policies
Job Duties
- play a crucial role in delivering top-notch drink service that complements food and games, keep the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about low stock, spills, or equipment issues, provide efficient support by restocking bar supplies and preparing garnishes, maintain a positive attitude while assisting bartenders and anticipating their needs, assist with guest requests by relaying information and keeping the bar area clean, support the bartender by quickly retrieving ingredients and glassware, ensure empty glasses are collected and the bar area is tidy throughout service
