- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- ability to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for 100 percent of the shift
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of alcohol awareness procedures
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- team-oriented attitude
- attention to detail
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games
- keeps immediate supervisor promptly informed of all problems or unusual matters
- creates a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follows alcohol awareness procedures and assesses guest demeanor
- follows portion guidelines to ensure cost control
- ensures ongoing guest satisfaction through timely response
- works efficiently adhering to "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- delivers food to tables ensuring guests have everything they need
- adheres to company safety and sanitation policies
- stocks bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintains all bottle and keg beer pars
- ensures bar areas remain clean
- empties trash and performs spot sweeping
- restocks and prepares supplies for shifts
- performs opening/closing responsibilities
- assists in cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas
- assists in party setup of bars
- assists in bar inventories
- participates in incentives and contests
- assists other team members as needed
- maintains favorable working relationships
