Job Requirements
- be approachable and able to maintain a friendly demeanor even during busy times
- be available to work various shifts including days, nights, and or weekends as needed
- thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment with a moderate to high noise level
- be able to understand and communicate instructions and information effectively
- be able to lift and carry items such as cases of beverages, ice bins, and bus tubs weighing up to 30 pounds
- move efficiently around the bar area and stand for extended periods
- be able to walk or stand for the entire duration of their shift
- frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and wipe down surfaces to maintain a clean and well-stocked bar
- must meet the minimum age requirement for serving or handling alcohol as per local regulations
Job Qualifications
- experience working in a fast-paced hospitality or bar environment preferred
- ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- strong communication skills to interact with team members and guests

- knowledge of bar operations and responsible alcohol service policies
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- plays a crucial role in delivering top-notch drink service that complements our food and games, contributing to an atmosphere of all-out fun for our guests
- keeps the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about any low stock, spills, or equipment issues, taking immediate action or suggesting solutions
- provides efficient support by promptly restocking bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring ice bins are full, helping to minimize wait times for guests
- maintains a positive and helpful attitude while assisting the bartenders and anticipating their needs during busy periods
- assists with guest requests by relaying information to the bartender and ensuring the bar area is clean and organized for a positive guest experience
- supports the bartender by retrieving ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items quickly and efficiently
- ensures empty glasses are collected and the bar area is kept tidy throughout service
