Job Requirements

- understand and communicate instructions effectively

- move efficiently around the bar area and stand for extended periods
- walk or stand for entire shift duration
- frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and wipe down bar surfaces
- meet minimum age requirements for serving or handling alcohol per local regulations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a bar or fast-paced hospitality setting preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service policies a plus
Job Duties
- play a crucial role in delivering top-notch drink service that complements food and games
- keep the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about low stock, spills, or equipment issues
- restock bar supplies promptly, prepare garnishes, and ensure ice bins are full
- maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting bartenders and anticipating their needs
- assist with guest requests by relaying information to the bartender and keeping the bar clean and organized
- retrieve ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items quickly and efficiently
- collect empty glasses and keep the bar area tidy throughout service
- alert the bartender or manager to any guest issues or concerns
- adhere to company policies regarding responsible alcohol service and safety
- stock and organize all bar supplies including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes
- assist with inventory counts of bar stock as required
- check and replenish bar supplies before, during, and after service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire bar area
- assist other team members to ensure smooth operations
- maintain positive working relationships with all team members
