- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety practices
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role including lifting up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Plays a crucial role in delivering top-notch drink service that complements food and games, contributing to an atmosphere of fun for guests
- Keeps bartender and immediate supervisor informed about low stock, spills, or equipment issues, taking action or suggesting solutions
- Provides efficient support by restocking bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring ice bins are full, minimizing guest wait times
- Maintains a positive and helpful attitude while assisting bartenders and anticipating needs during busy periods
- Assists with guest requests by relaying information to bartenders and ensuring the bar area is clean and organized
- Supports bartenders by retrieving ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items quickly
- Ensures empty glasses are collected and the bar area is kept tidy throughout service
