Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety practices is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Play a crucial role in delivering top-notch drink service that complements food and games, contributing to an atmosphere of all-out fun for guests
- Keep the bartender and supervisor informed about low stock, spills, or equipment issues and suggest solutions
- Provide efficient support by restocking bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring ice bins are full
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting bartenders and anticipating their needs during busy periods
- Assist with guest requests by relaying information to the bartender and maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Retrieve ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items quickly and efficiently
- Ensure empty glasses are collected and the bar area is kept tidy throughout service
