Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent desired
1-2 years experience in food service and/or working in a bar environment preferred
Knowledge of guest service principles
Good oral communication skills
Ability to stand for long hours
Ability to perform physical tasks related to stocking and cleaning
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed by events

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent desired
1-2 years experience in food service and/or working in a bar environment preferred
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing guest and personal services including guest needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of guest satisfaction
Good oral communication skills
Mature judgment and professionalism
Ability to understand orders
Ability to understand information and ideas presented in writing
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Job Duties

Complete tasks related to stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of beverages under guidance of the Operational management team
Maintain and stock adequate supplies of bar items such as glasses, cups, napkins, drink supplies, condiments, and other needed items
Stock refrigerating units with wines, beer, and replace beer kegs
Replenish ice at bar
Clean and polish bar, counters, shelves, equipment, and bar stools
Perform trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas
Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, and/or safety
Perform other duties as assigned
