Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent desired
- 1-2 years experience in food service and/or working in a bar environment preferred
- Knowledge of guest service principles
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to stocking and cleaning
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed by events
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent desired
- 1-2 years experience in food service and/or working in a bar environment preferred
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing guest and personal services including guest needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of guest satisfaction
- Good oral communication skills
- Mature judgment and professionalism
- Ability to understand orders
- Ability to understand information and ideas presented in writing
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Job Duties
- Complete tasks related to stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of beverages under guidance of the Operational management team
- Maintain and stock adequate supplies of bar items such as glasses, cups, napkins, drink supplies, condiments, and other needed items
- Stock refrigerating units with wines, beer, and replace beer kegs
- Replenish ice at bar
- Clean and polish bar, counters, shelves, equipment, and bar stools
- Perform trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas
- Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, and/or safety
- Perform other duties as assigned
