Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
  • capability to work in hot and cold environments
  • ability to work in noisy, fast-paced settings
  • ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand and move throughout the facility for long periods
  • capability to perform frequent reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping, and wiping

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in barback or similar hospitality role is an advantage
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of safe alcohol serving practices
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the combination of food, drinks, and games
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
  • create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
  • follow alcohol awareness procedures and assess guest behavior
  • ensure portion guidelines are followed
  • check back with guests after delivery of food and maintain drink levels
  • work quickly and efficiently adhering to "Full hands in, Full hands out" philosophy
  • deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
  • stock bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
  • maintain bottle and keg beer pars during and after shift
  • ensure bar areas remain clean
  • empty trash and perform spot sweeps
  • restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
  • perform opening/closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
  • assist in cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas
  • assist in party setup of bars
  • assist in bar inventories
  • participate in incentives and contests
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain favorable working relationships with team members
  • must be at least 18 years of age
