Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
- capability to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to work in noisy, fast-paced settings
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand and move throughout the facility for long periods
- capability to perform frequent reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping, and wiping
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in barback or similar hospitality role is an advantage
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of safe alcohol serving practices
- strong organizational skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the combination of food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and assess guest behavior
- ensure portion guidelines are followed
- check back with guests after delivery of food and maintain drink levels
- work quickly and efficiently adhering to "Full hands in, Full hands out" philosophy
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- stock bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintain bottle and keg beer pars during and after shift
- ensure bar areas remain clean
- empty trash and perform spot sweeps
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- perform opening/closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
- assist in cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas
- assist in party setup of bars
- assist in bar inventories
- participate in incentives and contests
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- must be at least 18 years of age
