Job Duties
- plays a crucial role in delivering top-notch drink service that complements food and games, contributes to an atmosphere of fun for guests
- keeps the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about low stock, spills, or equipment issues, taking immediate action or suggesting solutions
- provides efficient support by restocking bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring ice bins are full to minimize guest wait times
- maintains a positive and helpful attitude while assisting bartenders and anticipating their needs during busy periods
- assists with guest requests by relaying information to the bartender and keeping the bar area clean and organized
- supports the bartender by retrieving ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items quickly and efficiently
- ensures empty glasses are collected and the bar area is tidy throughout service
- alerts the bartender or manager to any guest issues or concerns observed at the bar
- adheres to all company policies and procedures on responsible alcohol service and safety
- stocks and organizes all bar-related supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes
- assists with inventory counts of bar stock as required
- checks for and replenishes all necessary bar supplies before, during, and after service, reporting shortages to the manager
- maintains cleanliness and organization of counters, shelves, refrigerators, and storage spaces in the bar area
- assists other team members to ensure smooth overall operations
- maintains positive working relationships with all team members to foster a supportive and productive environment
- meets minimum age requirement for serving or handling alcohol as per local regulations
