Job Requirements
- be approachable and able to maintain a friendly demeanor even during busy times
- be available to work various shifts including days, nights, and/or weekends
- thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise level
- be able to understand and communicate instructions and information effectively
- be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
- move efficiently around the bar area and stand for extended periods
- be able to walk or stand for the entire duration of the shift
- frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and wipe down surfaces to maintain cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in a fast-paced hospitality or bar environment is a plus
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- positive attitude and customer service orientation
- ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
- must meet minimum age requirement for handling alcohol as per local regulations
Job Duties
- play a crucial role in delivering top-notch drink service that complements food and games, keep the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about any low stock, spills, or equipment issues, provide efficient support by restocking bar supplies and preparing garnishes, maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting bartenders, assist with guest requests and ensure the bar area is clean and organized, retrieve ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items quickly and efficiently, collect empty glasses and keep the bar area tidy throughout service
