Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, nightclub, or hotel environments preferred
- banquet or catering experience is a plus
- familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry
- strong communication skills
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- experience with bussing, food preparation, or barista duties

Job Duties
- This role is essential in supporting the bar staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests

- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, and beverages to ensure smooth bar operations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including handling light food items and garnishes
- Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas promptly
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Help with setup and breakdown during events or busy nights, including banquet or catering functions
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety standards in accordance with health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their needs and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and service quality
