Job Requirements

- Previous experience in bar or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Physically able to lift moderate weight and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Ensure proper stocking and upkeep of the bar area including glassware produce and bar mixers
- Maintain overall bar cleanliness during shifts
- Communicate constantly with bar staff and interact with customers
- Assist with daily and weekly requisitions
- Run food orders as required
- Support the smooth operation of the bar station
- Uphold Hyatt’s standards of customer service and cleanliness
