Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working on feet for extended periods
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and bar supplies before and during events
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including wiping surfaces, removing trash, and organizing supplies
  • Assist bartenders with setup and breakdown of banquet bars
  • Refill ice bins and ensure proper rotation of beverages
  • Transport inventory between storage areas and event spaces
  • Monitor supply levels and communicate needs to bartenders or supervisors
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol-handling procedures
  • Provide general support to bartenders to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Assist with closing duties, including cleaning equipment and returning items to storage
