Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work evening shifts and weekends
  • ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs without assistance
  • ability to bend, twist, reach, and work on uneven or slippery surfaces
  • ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Set up and stock the bar area with ice, glassware, paper supplies, condiments, and tools according to setup guidelines
  • maintain inventory levels throughout the shift, including restocking beverages, garnishes, and paper goods as needed
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, bar unit, tables, tools, and surrounding areas
  • remove soiled wares from bar tops and tables promptly and ensure clean glassware is readily available
  • check in with the supervisor before leaving at the end of each shift to ensure all duties are complete
  • follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures and report accidents or unsafe conditions to management immediately
  • welcome guests warmly and professionally and anticipate and respond to guest needs in a friendly and efficient manner
