Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
- Clean equipment and areas and lock doors at shift end
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Remove soiled wares from bar tops and tables promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and order of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships within the team
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Perform other job duties as requested by supervisors
