- open and flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- fulfill opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and instruments, cleaning equipment and areas, locking doors
- coordinate with captain or supervisor before leaving shift
- organize, stock and maintain work areas
- stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
- clear dirty items from bar surface and tables
- keep bar, tables and work areas clean and in good repair according to guidelines
