Job Duties
- Fulfill opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and instruments
- Clean all equipment and areas
- Secure the establishment by locking doors after closing
- Check with captain or supervisor before leaving at shift end
- Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- Supply ice, glassware, and paper provisions
- Remove dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of work areas, bar, bar furniture, tables, and instruments
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Complete required safety training and certifications
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Protect company information privacy and assets
- Support coworkers with dignity and respect
- Assist the team in achieving common goals
- Meet quality assurance expectations and standards
- Handle objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts
- Read and visually verify information in various formats
- Manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Reach overhead and under knees, bend, twist, drag, and stoop
- Navigate inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs
- Greet all guests per company norms
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others
- Answer phones using proper etiquette
