Job Requirements

  • Being able to stand, sit, walk, lift, and squat for extended durations is a requirement

Job Qualifications

  • You must be a minimum of 21 years of age in order to serve alcoholic beverages
  • You have in-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars and possess strong mixology skills
  • You can be on your feet for up to eight hours
  • You can communicate effectively with guests and other associates
  • You must be able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Offer a timely greeting to customers as they enter the establishment
  • Make arrangements for a significant supply of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain constructive communication with patrons, receive their requests, and provide a selection of snacks and drinks
  • Understand the needs and preferences of customers to provide well-informed advice
  • Confirm that customers' identification aligns with the legal age limit for purchasing alcohol
  • Follow all regulations related to food and beverage consumption
  • Utilize cash registers to conduct sales transactions, receive payments from patrons, and dispense correct amounts of change during transactions
  • Supervise the bar operations, which encompasses the management of liquor inventory and bar essentials
