Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years to serve alcoholic beverages
  • strong knowledge of alcohol types and mixology
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • effective communication skills
  • availability for varied work schedules including nights and weekends
  • physical capability to stand, sit, walk, lift, and squat for extended durations

Job Qualifications

  • You must be a minimum of 21 years of age in order to serve alcoholic beverages
  • you have in-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars and possess strong mixology skills
  • you can be on your feet for up to eight hours
  • you can communicate effectively with guests and other associates
  • you must be able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Offer a timely greeting to customers as they enter the establishment
  • make arrangements for a significant supply of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • maintain constructive communication with patrons, receive their requests, and provide a selection of snacks and drinks
  • understand the needs and preferences of customers to provide well-informed advice
  • confirm that customers' identification aligns with the legal age limit for purchasing alcohol
  • follow all regulations related to food and beverage consumption
  • utilize cash registers to conduct sales transactions, receive payments from patrons, and dispense correct amounts of change during transactions
  • supervise the bar operations, which encompasses the management of liquor inventory and bar essentials
