Job Requirements
- Being able to stand, sit, walk, lift, and squat for extended durations is a requirement
Job Qualifications
- You must be a minimum of 21 years of age in order to serve alcoholic beverages
- you have in-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars and possess strong mixology skills
- you can be on your feet for up to eight hours
- you can communicate effectively with guests and other associates
- you must be able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends
Job Duties
- Offer a timely greeting to customers as they enter the establishment
- make arrangements for a significant supply of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- maintain constructive communication with patrons, receive their requests, and provide a selection of snacks and drinks
- understand the needs and preferences of customers to provide well-informed advice
- confirm that customers' identification aligns with the legal age limit for purchasing alcohol
- follow all regulations related to food and beverage consumption
- utilize cash registers to conduct sales transactions, receive payments from patrons, and dispense correct amounts of change during transactions
- supervise the bar operations, which encompasses the management of liquor inventory and bar essentials
