Job Requirements

Being able to stand, sit, walk, lift, and squat for extended durations
Must be at least 21 years old
Prior experience in a hospitality or bar setting preferred
Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Knowledge of relevant food and beverage regulations

Job Qualifications

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
In-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars with strong mixology skills
Ability to stand for long periods up to eight hours
Effective communication skills with guests and associates
Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, and weekends

Job Duties

Offer a timely greeting to customers as they enter the establishment
Make arrangements for a significant supply of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Maintain constructive communication with patrons, receive their requests, and provide a selection of snacks and drinks
Understand the needs and preferences of customers to provide well-informed advice
Confirm that customers' identification aligns with the legal age limit for purchasing alcohol
Follow all regulations related to food and beverage consumption
Utilize cash registers to conduct sales transactions, receive payments from patrons, and dispense correct amounts of change during transactions
Supervise the bar operations, which encompasses the management of liquor inventory and bar essentials
