Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bartending or related customer service roles preferred
- ability to handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly
- eligible to obtain local and state alcohol service certifications
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to handle objects up to 25 lbs
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- commitment to promoting responsible alcohol consumption
Job Qualifications
- prior experience working as a bartender is preferred
- understanding of bartending fundamentals cocktail formulas and contemporary movements in the industry
- eligible to acquire all necessary Aramark and local state-mandated alcohol service certifications
- demonstrates exceptional hospitality by showing remarkable friendliness and extensive knowledge of beverages
- exhibits proficiency in organizational abilities handling multiple tasks simultaneously with a focus on precision and meticulousness
- appreciates being in a dynamic and enjoyable workplace setting
- availability to work a varied schedule encompassing evenings weekends and holidays is advantageous
Job Duties
- welcome visitors receive requests and facilitate monetary transactions whether through cash or credit card payments
- prepare and offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to attendees
- serve beverages to servers directly from the service well if necessary
- follow all established protocols for serving alcohol and promoting responsible drinking behavior which includes verifying the age of customers to ensure they are legally allowed to consume alcohol
- adhere to guidelines and protocols for managing cash transactions
- establish and dismantle workstations incorporating thorough cleaning and sanitization procedures
- perform stock assessments and maintain optimal inventory levels for products
- deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting the needs of guests to guarantee their satisfaction
- keep a friendly attitude when interacting with guests customers and colleagues
- protect the safety of company resources
