Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior bartending experience preferred
  • Must be eligible to obtain necessary alcohol service certifications
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must comply with all company and legal policies regarding alcohol service

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience working as a bartender preferred
  • Understanding of bartending fundamentals, cocktail formulas, and industry trends
  • Eligible to acquire required Aramark and local/state alcohol service certifications
  • Exceptional hospitality skills with knowledge of beverages
  • Proficiency in organizational abilities and multitasking
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and enjoyable workplace
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors, receive requests, and facilitate monetary transactions through cash or credit card payments
  • Prepare and offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Serve beverages to servers directly from the service well if necessary
  • Follow all established protocols for serving alcohol and promote responsible drinking by verifying customers' legal age
  • Adhere to cash transaction guidelines
  • Establish and dismantle workstations including cleaning and sanitization
  • Perform stock assessments and maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting guest needs
  • Maintain a friendly attitude when interacting with guests, customers, and colleagues
  • Protect the safety of company resources
