Job Duties

  • Perform opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and necessary instruments
  • clean all equipment and areas
  • secure doors before leaving
  • confirm with supervisor before ending shift
  • organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • replenish ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
  • maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar furniture and equipment
  • comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
  • maintain confidentiality of company information and protect property
  • support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
  • assist the team to achieve common goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, transport, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • read and visually verify information
  • manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
  • reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, drag, and stoop
  • navigate inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs
  • greet and acknowledge all guests following company standards
  • speak clearly and professionally
  • answer phone calls using appropriate etiquette
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
