Job Duties
- Perform opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and necessary instruments
- clean all equipment and areas
- secure doors before leaving
- confirm with supervisor before ending shift
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- replenish ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar furniture and equipment
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
- maintain confidentiality of company information and protect property
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist the team to achieve common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- read and visually verify information
- manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
- reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, drag, and stoop
- navigate inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs
- greet and acknowledge all guests following company standards
- speak clearly and professionally
- answer phone calls using appropriate etiquette
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
