Job Duties
- Comply with opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and instruments, cleaning equipment and areas, locking doors
- Check with captain or supervisor before leaving at end of shift
- Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Remove dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar area, furniture, tables, and equipment according to guidelines
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
- Support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- Assist team to achieve common goals
- Meet quality assurance expectations and standards
- Lift or move objects under 50 pounds without assistance
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shift
- Read and visually verify information in various formats
- Manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Reach above head and below knees, bend, twist, drag, and stoop
- Navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs
- Greet and acknowledge guests following company standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others
- Answer phone calls using appropriate etiquette
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
