Job Duties
- Fulfill opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and necessary tools
- clean all equipment and areas
- lock doors securely at shift end
- check out with captain or supervisor before leaving
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- replenish ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- remove dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of work areas, bar furniture, tables, and other tools as per guidelines
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure professional uniform and personal appearance
- maintain confidentiality of company information and protect assets
- support and treat coworkers with dignity and respect
- assist team in achieving common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- lift, move, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- reach overhead, below knees, bend, twist, and lean as needed
- navigate inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs
- greet and acknowledge guests per company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with others including phone etiquette
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
