Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of bar or beverage leadership experience preferably in luxury hotel or high-profile cocktail bar
- Ability to operate Micros POS and Microsoft Office suite preferred is a plus
- Excellent communication skills including oral and written English proficiency
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and engage actively during shifts
Job Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of mixology wine and beverage service standards
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead support and guide a dynamic team
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficiency with Micros POS and Microsoft Office suite preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations and service quality at Honey Fitz lounge
- Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Collaborate with ViceVersa Miami and uphold the standards of the exclusive partnership
- Ensure adherence to beverage service standards including mixology and wine knowledge
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions
- Utilize Micros POS and Microsoft Office suite to manage bar operations and reporting
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate service and events
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and professionalism
