Job Requirements
- US work authorization required
- 1-2 years of bar or beverage leadership experience preferably in luxury hotel or high-profile cocktail bar
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and beverage service standards
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to provide leadership guidance and support for a dynamic team
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to operate necessary computer equipment including Micros POS and Microsoft Office suite preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills in English
- Superior sense of organization and prioritization
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to be on feet and engaged in daily operations
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of bar or beverage leadership experience preferably in a luxury hotel or high-profile cocktail bar
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and beverage service standards
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities and team support skills
- Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency or knowledge of Micros POS and Microsoft Office suite preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal presentation abilities
- Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee daily bar service operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Lead, motivate, and support the bar team to deliver high-quality service
- Collaborate with ViceVersa Miami to maintain elevated beverage standards and creative offerings
- Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor staff on mixology, wine knowledge, and service etiquette
- Foster communication across departments for seamless coordination
- Maintain excellent personal presentation and uphold hospitality standards
