Job Requirements
- Be approachable and maintain a friendly and courteous manner
- Be available to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise
- Be able to understand and communicate instructions and information effectively
- Be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
- Move efficiently within the bar area and stand for extended periods
- Be able to walk or stand for the entire duration of the scheduled shift
- Frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and wipe down surfaces
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or bar assistance is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
Job Duties
- Play a key part in delivering excellent drink service that complements our food and entertainment, keep the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions, provide efficient assistance by promptly replenishing bar supplies, prepare garnishes and ensure ice levels are maintained, maintain a positive and helpful attitude while supporting the bartenders, assist with guest inquiries by relaying information to the bartender and keeping the bar area clean and well-organized, support the bartender by quickly retrieving ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items
