Job Requirements

  • Be approachable and maintain a friendly, courteous manner even during peak hours
  • Be available to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise levels
  • Be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Be able to stand and move efficiently for extended periods
  • Frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and wipe down surfaces
  • Meet minimum legal age for serving or handling alcoholic beverages as per local regulations

  • Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Play a key part in delivering excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment
  • Keep bartenders and supervisors informed about low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions
  • Replenish bar supplies, prepare garnishes, and maintain ice levels
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude supporting bartenders during busy periods
  • Assist with guest inquiries and ensure the bar area is clean and well-organized
  • Retrieve ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items promptly
  • Collect empty glassware and keep the bar tidy throughout service
