Job Requirements

Be approachable and maintain a friendly, courteous manner even during peak hours
Be available to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
Thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise levels
Be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Be able to stand and move efficiently for extended periods
Frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and wipe down surfaces
Meet minimum legal age for serving or handling alcoholic beverages as per local regulations

Job Qualifications

Able to understand and communicate instructions effectively
Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment preferred
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Play a key part in delivering excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment
Keep bartenders and supervisors informed about low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions
Replenish bar supplies, prepare garnishes, and maintain ice levels
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude supporting bartenders during busy periods
Assist with guest inquiries and ensure the bar area is clean and well-organized
Retrieve ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items promptly
Collect empty glassware and keep the bar tidy throughout service
