Job Requirements
- be approachable and maintain a friendly manner even during peak hours
- be available to work flexible shifts including days evenings and weekends
- thrive in a lively fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise levels
- understand and effectively communicate instructions and information
- be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
- move efficiently within the bar area and stand for extended periods
- be able to walk or stand for the entire scheduled shift
- frequently reach bend stoop lift and wipe down surfaces
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- teamwork and collaboration skills
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety protocols
Job Duties
- plays a key part in delivering excellent drink service that complements our food and entertainment, keeps the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about any low stock levels or equipment malfunctions, provides efficient assistance by promptly replenishing bar supplies and preparing garnishes, maintains a positive and helpful attitude while supporting bartenders, assists with guest inquiries and ensures the bar area is clean and well-organized, supports bartenders by retrieving ingredients and glassware, ensures empty glassware is collected and the bar area remains tidy
